Holiday weekend or not?

Just in case you were not sure if this weekend is a holiday weekend or not. Ask yourself the following questions: Has the price of gas gone up since yesterday? Why yes it went up 21 cents. Did you see more police cars on your way home than usual? Again, yes I saw 4 when I usually see one or less.

My big weekend plans are to spend time with Josh and his parents. I believe they are already in town. (Oh, Josh end up with pnemonia that stemmed from bronchitis which stemmed from strep throat. He is no longer contagious and should be able to return to work on Monday.) They will be heading back to North Carolina on Sunday. I was supposed to go home this weekend but with the rise of gas prices I decided to stay here.

A little side note to Tabetha who is flying with Ayla (who loves to fly) and Sophie (who hasn't flown in an airplane since she was born): I hope your flight went well.
